The last few weeks have brought their challenges, with much of the press talking about us showing some Blitz spirit with regards to how our lives have been simplified – we’re spending more time at home and ‘making and mending’ rather than shopping and spending.

Speaking to a friend of mine last week, he mentioned how he had been struggling to sleep – this wasn’t the first-time people had mentioned that their sleep patterns had changed.
